Three generations of experience and knowledge culminate in this outstanding Tsipouro. Produced solely from the Sideritis grape, a late harvest indigenous grape of the Achaia region of Western Greece. Slow distillation of the grape pomace in an alembic still is followed by a second distillation, producing a clean and smooth final spirit. Discrete aromas of chamomile and lemon blossom lead the nose with a complex floral palate and a rounded finish.
