Tasting Notes
Fine, sweet, natural liqueur wine, from overripe organically farmed vineyard grapes with a hectare yield of 4500 kg. Deep yellow color with caramel highlights and with divine aromas of fresh herbs on the nose, with traces of fruit jams, rose, caramel and cinnamon. Mouth with volume and acidity that cools and balances it. Bitter finish with a citrus feeling.
Food Pairings
It is served at 7°C as an aperitif, but mainly as a dessert wine, accompanying rich sweets and fruits, cheeses, nuts.
