Tasting Notes
The wine is derived from the Cretan Vidiano variety, planted and perfectly adapted to the Pangeon mountainside. It includes a small amount of Assyrtiko. It has a bright green-yellow color, while the nose is dominated by aromas of apricot and pear blending harmoniously with herb and citrus. It has a rich, full flavor, with exceptional structure, refreshing acidity and a silky texture. Aromas of yellow fruit, minerals and wax give it an enjoyable finish.
