Delicate effervescence and a yellow green hue that reveals a high proportion of Chardonnay and suggest a certain maturity. Aromas of stewed yellow fruit and honey with underlying chalkiness which lends extra personality originality to this Blanc de Blancs. The palate is direct, elegant and full of flavor.
