The Museum Collection is Winemaker Vangelis Gerovassiliou’s special project. To create this unique blend, he hand selects the best white grapes from 5 single parcels: Assyrtiko, Malagousia, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay and Viognier. After several tastings, he chooses oak barrels that show the best organoleptic qualities of each variety. The wine becomes a harmonious blend that changes annually with the unique characteristics each grape brings for that year.
After the harvest, the wine is aged in new & seasoned medium toasted French oak barrels.
This method allows the wine to develop a fuller mouthfeel, complexity and a truly unique blend of flavours and aromas. It has a bright golden yellow colour and a bouquet based on honey, pineapple, melon and passion fruit with a background spectrum of butter & dry fruit. It features a full long lasting palate with a crunchy finish. It is best served chilled.
