Bright straw colour with green highlights. It has the typical expression of Sauvignon Blanc bouquet. At first, hints of herbal characters are apparent. As the wine breathes in the glass, mango and grapefruit aromas begin to emerge. The mouth contains an acidic quality that stings the nerves. This gives the wine a long aftertaste and a pleasant aromatic return.
